By placing an order you are offering to purchase a service on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to make a transaction with Santorini Butterfly Cruises, client will be instantly charged 10.00% of the amount. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement of your payment and will constitute acceptance of your order. We send you a confirmation by e-mail along with the Voucher of your tour and further information regarding the exact meeting point and time.

(b) Pricing and Availability

We try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of any services which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, the cancellation policy will take place. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Tickets Delivery

No member from Santorini Butterfly Cruises will request any form of ticket from our clients in order to embark in one of our vessels. Therefore, Santorini Butterfly Cruises does not provide or send any ticket. The reservation team sends only a voucher where all the necessary information (meeting point and time, special arrangements upon request) might be useful for our valued clients.

These terms apply to the entire content of this web site. These terms of use are governed by the Greek Law. Disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
